Manages all the activities of distribution department including: Distribution network design and optimization; Delivery and shipments planning and management; Fleet management; Carrier and transportation companies contracts administration; Ensure achieving maximum services level at lowest cost; Manages and supervises staff activities and performance; Manages, plans and develops distribution processes and procedures.

Manages the overall activities of the distribution center; organize and supervise the dispatch activities of ready-to-ship packed customer orders according to schedules.

Supervise, coordinate, and participates in physical packing activities of ready-to-ship items to ensure packing of orders in a manner that will prevent damage, reduce handling costs, and facilitate delivery.

Supervise the execution of delivery plans; assign/coordinate tasks to the drivers and delivery personnel to ensure the delivery of customer orders as per schedule.

Perform the physical customers orders packing activities under Supervision of the Packing team supervisor.

Deliver orders to customer's location.

Inspects the incoming materials in coordination with warehouse supervisors to ensure that specifications and quality are in line with PO; Conducts pre-dispatch inspection to ensure that shipped products quantity and quality are as per customer requirements and are appropriately packed and labeled; Creates discrepancy report for damages and wrong supply.

Responsible for site maintenance, industrial safety, security, housekeeping, insects and animals combat, personnel and administrative affairs; Ensures that storage areas are properly secured and access is allowed to authorized persons only.

Manages all the warehouse dept. activities regarding efficient receipt, allocating storage and optimum space utilization, safe and accurate handling and issue of all materials stored in the warehouse and associated areas; Ensures strict maintenance of up-to-date stock records; Manages and supervises the warehouse personnel activities and performance; Manages, plans and develops warehousing processes and procedures.

Supervises staff activities; Executes inventory audit, physical and cycle count periodic plans; Oversees efficient, accurate and timely posting of all transactions - receipts, issues, returns etc.; Maintaining and retrieving of all related documents and records; Generation of various reports; Coordination with other deportments for resolution of discrepancies.

Supervises and participates in the receiving, inspecting, checking, tagging, binning, storage, safety and security of materials handling, picking, and good housekeeping of assigned storage locations.

Supervise the accounts receivable function within the organization's policies and procedures, Arranges and oversees completion of all receivables work including invoice & batch posting, receipt processing, customer statements, and other similar documents.

Managing Supplier and creditor accounts and relationships in coordination with the replenishment and marketing divisions, maintaining & Updating accuracy of supplier terms and conditions (contractual agreements) with Speed Send

Handles the physical movement of heavy materials within the warehouse; Loading and unloading of vehicles; Housekeeping activities.
